How is HelpRange Store different from other digital product platforms?
Most of them deliver a download – once the file is on the buyer's disk, it can be passed on. HelpRange delivers access: buyers read in a protected viewer, every page is watermarked with their e-mail, downloads and printing are off unless you allow them, and you see who read which page.
How do buyers pay?
Through Stripe Checkout on your own Stripe account – cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and discount codes. Money goes straight to you; Stripe pays out to your bank and sends the receipts.
What does it cost?
The store is part of the Pro plan ($39 per team per month, 2% fee on sales) and the Unlimited plan ($174 per team per month, 0% fee – plus data rooms, AI and more). Stripe charges its usual processing fee. You can try everything in the 3-day trial.
What can I sell?
PDF e-books, courses (PDFs and videos in one product), research reports, templates, playbooks, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files – everything in one HelpRange folder becomes one product.
Can I sell a subscription?
Yes. Choose “Monthly subscription” – buyers keep access while they pay, and every file you add to the folder appears for them. When a subscription ends, access stops automatically.
Can buyers download the files?
Only if you allow it per product. By default they read online in the protected viewer, which works on any device without an app.
